Moving into Long-Term Care is a significant step, and we work hard to support you in making the transition as easy as possible. Each resident has their own private room with a two-piece bathroom that you are welcome to decorate to support your loved one in feeling more at home. Common areas balance privacy with social, and our recreation team creates a calendar of activities, entertainment and services keeps residents connected to the things they enjoy.

Family involvement is central to how we approach community and connections in Long-Term Care. We keep communication open, welcome families into care decisions, and make sure each resident’s preferences, history and values are reflected in their care plan. Families are welcome here at any time – and we encourage you to bring your pets to visit as well.
