There’s a pub next door, a shopping centre across the street, and the Thompson River a couple of blocks away. Everything is close by, and our residents enjoy a slow and relaxing pace. Westsyde Landing brings together independent living, assisted living, and long-term care in one welcoming community, and our team is here to support you for every chapter.
Activities at Westsyde Landing
Life at Westsyde Landing has a gentle rhythm to it. Mornings may start slow over coffee in the dining room where there are ample choices for continental breakfast. An afternoon might mean a fitness class, a game of bingo, or a stretch of quiet time in the library, and evenings often end with neighbours gathered for a chat before bed. Our Recreation Team welcomes ideas for various activities to fill out our social calendar. Our residents enjoy entertainers, spa days, bingo, card games, crafts, and celebrations they plan for one another. There is always something to join, and just as much room to sit back and live life at your own pace.

Meals are freshly prepared on site and served in our dining room, one of the most sociable spots in the building. It’s a casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere, and most people sit with the same friends every day.
